Boeing new delivery center in Seattle remodeled, and also signs a contract with a Chinese aerospace company.

Boeing has opened a remodeled building in Seattle, which plays a huge role in the economy and the business in years to come. It has expanded its 737s delivery so that more orders can be attained for the product.

Boeing Co product, 737s orders are of high value to Wichita in U.S. because Spirit AeroSystem local supply base makes 70% of every 737 Boeing delivered to consumers. The remodeled building of Boeing occupies 90,000 square-foot of land, consisting of three covered jetways that allow the delivery of numerous 737s each day, making it easy to supply the product to the assigned factories without problems, less costs and fuel.

The factory that supplies 737 is situated in Renton, Wash. The company manufactures around 42 737s every month and already has plans on increasing the production by 2018 to 52 each month. The increase can go higher if Seattle delivery center helps in keeping up the pace of the deliveries.

The new remodeled center plays an important role in attracting more order and will keep on doing so in the years to come, the company has the same plans for China as well, and Wichita will contribute by constructing fuselages and different parts to form the aircraft for the satisfaction of customers.

The company’s private and commercial airplanes are in huge demand globally. According to the Boeing website, Seattle has accomplished the delivery of about 12,000 commercial airplanes so far and the huge demand for 737 is making the company grow and expand worldwide and open the delivery center in Seattle. It has made good earnings even better than expected this year and recently announced its third quarter earnings, which proved good results with a rise of 25%. Its share also increased by 1.6%.

In other news by USA Today, the company has signed a contract with the commercial aircraft corporation of China in order to construct an aircraft completion center for 737 only. Both aerospace companies are planning to buy 300 Boeing aircrafts costing around $38 billion to construct the first aircraft plant in China. Orders include 190 of 737s and 50 wide-body planes for China’s airlines as well as 60 single aisle planes for leasing businesses, such as China Aviation Supplies, China Development Bank Leasing and ICBC Financial Leasing. The company plans to sell 6,330 of its manufactured planes in the next 20 years, worth $950 billion. This is its first non-US plant.
