Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge Are Doing Well Report Executives

The company executives have said that its new devices are selling well in the market.

Samsung Electronics is once again considered as the largest smartphone vendor in the world. The company was going through a rough phase in the past times, where its Galaxy S5 models could not live up to expectations. The South Korean smartphone manufacturer faced losses and a major downfall in the market, which led to losing its major chunk of market status. However, it promised to make a great comeback with Samsung Galaxy S6 and Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge models, and certainly delivered up to the mark this time.

Prior to the launch of Samsung Galaxy S5, the corporate giant competes against Apple head-to-head in the market, where the competition was quite enthralling for tech savvy people. Furthermore, it was the largest smartphone vendor of the world as well prior to the release of S5. In the past year, it lost reputation, market status, market share, and customers to competitors, but mostly Apple, which was quick enough to react when it realized that Samsung is falling down and did tremendous business with its latest iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus.

Nevertheless, as promised by the South Korean smartphone maker, due to good business done in the market through its latest Galaxy phone, the company managed to reclaim what it lost last year. According to the executives of Samsung, Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge are selling well in the market. Both of the new models were critically acclaimed after it had a failed last year and posted poor results every ‘now and then’. However, success does not mean everything. The phones are selling well in the market but, how does all this translate into actual sales is the main question of analysts.

So far, the company is avoiding any chance to answer this question directly to them but it is known that its business in the market is imploding. People were confused whether it is actually doing a good business or is it bad. Samsung assured that this is not a case. An unknown executive of the company stated that the sales of both new models in the market are hitting internal targets of the company and the management is quite content with the performance.

Galaxy S6 sales when compared to the previous model are much higher. One analyst believed that the corporate giant has managed to sell at least 305,000 devices per day since the launch of its two latest models. This is far better than S5, S4, and the previous versions.
